Fees

Medical aid clients

Consultations are charged according to medical aid approved rates. Claims are submitted directly to the medical aid on the day of consultation.  Consultations can alternatively be paid for in cash and claimed back from the medical aid. Please note that any medical aid short payments will be payable in office on the day of the appointment.

Private clients

Private clients will be charged at a discounted cash tariff rate that is payable in cash or card after each appointment in the office.

Please note that sessions not cancelled 24 hours before the time of the appointment will be charged.

Before your first appointment, you will receive all the documents to complete via email or download under forms available for download. By sending back the completed documents you secure your booking. It is beneficial to arrive a few minutes before the first appointment, as it will allow you the opportunity to complete any additional documents.
